What is stored
Only what is needed for the report and account.
The electricity bill PDFs you upload, so reports can be generated and reviewed.
Your email address for sign-in and account access.
A single minimal attribution field captured only at signup, such as landing path, referrer host, UTM values, or referral code.
What is not
Not an adtech business model.
No visitor tracking for ad targeting.
No selling or sharing your bills with advertisers.
No selling your data.
Analytics and hosting
Hosted on Cloudflare.
BillTrends is hosted on Cloudflare. We use Google Analytics to understand site and product usage in aggregate: pages visited, features used, where visitors come from. Analytics never receives your uploaded bills or report contents, and we do not sell data or run ad retargeting. You can block analytics with standard browser tools and every feature still works.
A small first-party attribution cookie may be set on the marketing site. If you sign up, a minimal attribution field can be saved with your user record. If you do not sign up, it is not used to create a user profile.
Deletion
Request deletion.
