Re-typing eats the analysis time
Meter tables get re-typed into spreadsheets before any real analysis can start.
For accredited energy auditors
BillTrends reads the year of bills before you reach the gate, captures your site survey with safe defaults, and produces a report where every number can be challenged, and survive.
Client workspaces are sealed to your account. Your clients stay yours.
Where the evening goes
Meter tables get re-typed into spreadsheets before any real analysis can start.
When the working behind a number isn't visible, the client questions it and you defend from memory.
Advice goes wrong when the real problem is an over-corrected bank, not a missing one.
The report layout takes the hours the analysis actually deserved.
Gate to report
Upload the client's bills and walk in knowing the demand pattern, ToD placement, and the full kWh / kVAh / kVARh lag-lead story, month by month.
Record motors, the capacitor bank, measured THD, and whole-site measures. Every field is pre-filled with a sensible default and its healthy range, so a partial survey is still a usable survey.
The report merges the bill analysis and your survey into ranked findings, each tagged with its source, ready to print or hand over.
Under the analysis
From kWh, kVAh and kVARh lag/lead across the year, the engine separates under-corrected sites, swinging fixed banks, and over-corrected banks, the one case where "install more capacitors" is exactly wrong.
kVAr at average and peak load, switching stages granular enough for the low-load months, and a detuned-capacitor call when measured THD or non-linear load demands it.
Lighting, VFD, compressed-air, DG, transformer and ToD-shift measures priced with the methods and benchmark ranges from the BEE MSME guidance, as screening estimates, marked as such.
Indicative ₹/kVAr and measure-wise economics so the client can prioritise, with an explicit note to verify against measured data and vendor quotations before procurement.
Built to be challenged
Every figure in the report carries a source badge: read from the bill, calculated from the bills, taken from the tariff order, a disclosed assumption, or surveyed on site by you. The methodology page shows the formula behind each method.
Savings are screening estimates computed with BEE MSME guideline methods, and the report says so, with an explicit instruction to verify against measured data and vendor quotations before procurement. Honesty is what makes it defensible.
The client stays in control. The audit section appears in their report only when it's switched on, and carries a printed "reflects on-site energy audit" marker when it is.
The workspace stays sealed. Client bills and survey data are visible to your account alone, and we never contact your clients.
How you work here
A factory can share one specific client with you by email, with write access for the survey worksheet. You see that connection only, you pay nothing, and their credits stay theirs.
Live presence shows when someone else with access is on the worksheet, and a save is never silently overwritten by a colleague's edit.
On the paid tier the printed report carries your logo, business name and contact details on the header and the prepared-by line.
